Registered Nurse - care coordination (Portland, OR)

Amberfield North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Portland. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
