Registered Nurse - care coordination (Portland, OR)

Amberfield Basin Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Portland, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on supplier orders with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
