Registered Nurse - care coordination (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova North Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
