Registered Nurse - care coordination (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fernwood Nest Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on tuition and subsidies with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
