Registered Nurse - care coordination (Pittsburgh, PA)

Clearpath North Insurance Group is an insurance company in Pittsburgh with claims and service teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on premium billing with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
