Registered Nurse - care coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Summit Stone Hospitality and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on group events with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
