Registered Nurse - care coordination (Philadelphia, PA)

Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Philadelphia with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on group events with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
