Registered Nurse - care coordination (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Lantern Insurance is an insurance company in Philadelphia with claims and service teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 326 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on catastrophe response with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
