Registered Nurse - care coordination (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ashton Health and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 778 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Support work on electronic records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
