Registered Nurse - care coordination (Omaha, NE)

Summit Iron Insurance is an insurance company in Omaha with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
