Registered Nurse - care coordination (Omaha, NE)

Bright Pine Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Omaha, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support work on clinical evaluations with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
