Registered Nurse - care coordination (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on tuition and subsidies with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies.
