Registered Nurse - care coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Oklahoma City area, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
