Registered Nurse - care coordination (Oakland, CA)

Redstone Timber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Oakland caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
