Registered Nurse - care coordination (Oakland, CA)

Stonegate Union Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Oakland area, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Support work on group events with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
