Registered Nurse - care coordination (Oakland, CA)

Fernwood Corner Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Oakland, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
