Registered Nurse - care coordination (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Summit Granite Pharma and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on cleanroom operations with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
