Registered Nurse - care coordination (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Summit Early Learning is an early-learning provider in New Orleans. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
