Registered Nurse - care coordination (New Orleans, LA)

Northwind Ember Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around New Orleans, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
