Registered Nurse - care coordination (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath Pike Learning Group is an education provider in New Orleans serving students and families. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
