Registered Nurse - care coordination (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Thistle Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 560 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
