Registered Nurse - care coordination (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Iron Medical is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on regulatory submissions with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • BLS/ACLS certification.
