Registered Nurse - care coordination (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Corner Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Nashville, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
