Registered Nurse - care coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Ridge Insurance is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
