Registered Nurse - care coordination (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Timber Early Learning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on licensing records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
