Registered Nurse - care coordination (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Miami. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 562 people based in Miami. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
