Registered Nurse - care coordination (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Ridge Medical and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
