Registered Nurse - care coordination (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Union Hospitality and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Madison. What you will do • Support work on supplier orders with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
