Registered Nurse - care coordination (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Summit Oak Hospitality and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on housekeeping schedules with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
