Registered Nurse - care coordination (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Amber Insurance Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on catastrophe response with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
