Registered Nurse - care coordination (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Cobalt Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Louisville. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
