Registered Nurse - care coordination (Louisville, KY)

Harborlight Loom Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Louisville. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
