Registered Nurse - care coordination (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Drift Hospitality is a hospitality company in Louisville with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on reviews and feedback with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
