Registered Nurse - care coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Granite Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Little Rock, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on student accounts with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
