Registered Nurse - care coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Corner Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Little Rock. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
