Registered Nurse - care coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Fox Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Little Rock caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
