Registered Nurse - care coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield Clear Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Las Vegas working with agencies and riders, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
