Registered Nurse - care coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Silverline Wilder Learning Group is an education provider in Las Vegas serving students and families, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
