Registered Nurse - care coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Las Vegas, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
