Registered Nurse - care coordination (Knoxville, TN)

Fernwood Haven Pharma is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on batch records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
