Registered Nurse - care coordination (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Knoxville area, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Families are partners. What you will do • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
