Registered Nurse - care coordination (Knoxville, TN)

Harborlight Thistle Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Knoxville, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
