Registered Nurse - care coordination (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Vale Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Kansas City, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on classroom supplies with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
