Registered Nurse - care coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Westbrook Thistle Insurance is an insurance company in Jacksonville with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on catastrophe response with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
