Registered Nurse - care coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Fox Medical designs and makes medical devices in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 935 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
