Registered Nurse - care coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in Jacksonville with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on group events with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
