Registered Nurse - care coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Lantern Early Learning runs childcare centres in Jacksonville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on tuition and subsidies with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
