Registered Nurse - care coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Junction Medical is a Indianapolis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
