Registered Nurse - care coordination (Houston, TX)

Silverline North Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Houston. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on cleanroom operations with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
