Registered Nurse - care coordination (Houston, TX)

Bluepeak Summit Insurance is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Support work on catastrophe response with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • BLS/ACLS certification.
